Nbuilt was founded by our director and licenced builder Nadia Warren. Nbuilt specialises in passive house construction, high performance homes and sustainable building.

Nadia has been in the building and construction industry for over a decade. Prior to becoming a licenced builder, she worked within Victoria as a carpenter on small, medium and large scale construction projects.

Nadia is a certified Passive House Tradesperson, Master Builders Association (MBAV) Greensmart member and she is an active member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) Victoria. She sits on the Technical Committee, Regional Executive Committee and is a HIA Building Women ambassador.
